This microlot is one of a kind. It offers so much natural brightness with each sip. The delicate tasting notes are matched perfectly with the intensely creamy mouthfeel this coffee provides.  It is bright, balanced, and bouncy in the mouth! 

Las Lajas is known for their natural and honey processed coffees and we got the chance to cup 27 of their lots from the 2024 harvest. We were blown away by all of their offerings, but narrowed it down to our top 2. We selected this, Lima Red Honey as well as the Black Pearl Natural. Owners Notes: 

-This coffee is one of our current favorites. The brightness in this cup plays in perfect harmony with its creamy mouthfeel. A rare combo we see in coffee, but one we always appreciate. This is one of our highest scoring coffees and one we can't put down.
