This bright and fruit forward cup comes from our friends at Las Lajas in Costa Rica. We had the chance to visit their processing facility during the 2024 harvest and meet the owners behind these fabulous coffees.

Las Lajas is known for their natural and honey processed coffees and we got the chance to cup 27 of their lots from the 2024 harvest. We were blown away by all of their offerings, but narrowed it down to our top 2. We selected this Black Pearl Natural as well as the Lima Red Honey. Owners Notes: 

-This coffee is one of our current favorites. The bright tasting notes jump out at you in both the aroma and flavor profile of this coffee. The taste is paired perfectly with the lux mouthfeel and bright acidity. This is one of our highest scoring coffees and one we can't put down.
