Tío Conejo has been one of our favorite coffee partners since the very beginning. We first met the team behind this coffee at the Specialty Coffee Expo in New Orleans in 2021, and after tasting their coffees, we knew we had found something special. Since then, we've proudly shared their coffees year after year and we're especially excited to offer this exceptional lot from Ricardo Jaramillo.

Earlier this year at World of Coffee in San Diego, we reunited with Angela, her family, and the growing Tío Conejo team from Manizales, Colombia. During our visit, we met Mariana, whose father produced this beautiful microlot. From the very first sip, we were captivated by its vibrant brightness, silky, creamy body, and incredible balance. We loved it so much that we purchased the entire lot.

This is a truly limited-release coffee, and once it's gone, it's gone. If you enjoy coffees with lively acidity, a rich mouthfeel, and a memorable cup, this is one you won't want to miss.With so much natural brightness in each sip, we are getting notes of lemon candy, chocolate, ripe nectarine, apricot, and peach.  It is bright, balanced, and bouncy in the mouth!
